Can't connect to the server

The Intune Company Portal app could not contact the service, usually because of network connectivity, service availability, or account-specific sign-in issues.

  • The device does not have reliable connectivity to the Intune service.
  • The user account session or sign-in state is invalid.
  • A transient service or network issue is affecting Company Portal communication.
  1. Check the device network connection and retry the sign-in or enrollment action.
  2. Sign out of Company Portal and sign back in with the correct account.
  3. Retry from a different network if the current path may be blocked.
