The destination domain controller does not have the required replication permissions. The user who triggered ad-hoc replication does not have sufficient rights. The domain controller computer account is missing required trust or delegation flags. How to fix it
Run the recommended DCDIAG security checks on the source and destination domain controllers. Verify the required permissions on the affected naming context or partition. Inspect the destination domain controller computer account for the expected UserAccountControl flags.
