The current user account does not have sufficient privileges to install a Windows service. A conflicting or previously failed Adobe service is registered and blocking the new installation. Windows service database is in an inconsistent state. How to fix it
Run the Acrobat installer as an administrator (right-click > Run as administrator). Open Services (services.msc) and check for any existing Adobe services in a failed or stuck state, then stop and disable them before retrying. Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool or the Acrobat uninstaller to remove all residual Acrobat files before reinstalling. Ensure Windows is fully up to date before attempting the installation.
