The Microsoft .NET Framework on the device is corrupted or in an inconsistent state. A required side-by-side (SxS) assembly cannot be installed due to a conflict or corruption. Windows component store (WinSxS) has become corrupted. How to fix it
Run the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool to fix any corruption in the .NET installation. Use the System File Checker (sfc /scannow) and DISM (DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth) to repair Windows component store corruption. Temporarily disable antivirus software during the Acrobat installation, as it may interfere with assembly registration. Ensure Windows is fully updated, as .NET Framework updates are delivered through Windows Update. Retry the Acrobat installation after completing the repairs above.
