The downloaded update file is corrupted or the download was interrupted. There is a file size mismatch between the manifest and the downloaded file. The update file is no longer present at the expected location on Adobe's servers. How to fix it
In the Creative Cloud desktop app, go to Updates and cancel any in-progress updates to clear corrupted files. Check for available app updates again and restart the update process. If the error persists, update the Creative Cloud desktop app itself first, then retry updating individual apps. Temporarily disable antivirus or firewall software and retry the update.
