The current user account does not have sufficient permissions to write to a required directory. A managed or locked-down system configuration is preventing the installer from accessing system folders. Group Policy or IT security settings are restricting write access to Adobe installation paths. Run the Creative Cloud installer as an administrator (right-click > Run as administrator). Check and correct file system permissions on the Adobe installation directories. On a work-managed device, contact the IT administrator to grant the necessary permissions or deploy the software through a managed package.
