The Creative Cloud app installation failed, often related to a corrupted or stuck download. The error can also be caused by a corrupted Windows user profile.

How to fix it
Reset the Creative Cloud desktop app by bringing it to the foreground and pressing Ctrl+Alt+R (Windows) or Cmd+Opt+R (macOS).
If reset fails, repair the app using the Creative Cloud desktop app uninstaller.
Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app using the correct uninstaller and reinstall.
If the issue persists, perform a clean install: uninstall all CC apps (including preferences), uninstall the CC desktop app, run the CC Cleaner Tool, then reinstall.
If on Windows, consider creating a new user profile and installing from that account.
