  • A firewall, proxy, or security appliance is blocking access to Adobe's download or update servers.
  • The network is restricting outbound HTTPS connections required by the installer.
  • An enterprise IT policy is preventing the device from reaching Adobe's content delivery network.
  1. Verify the device has a working internet connection and can reach Adobe's servers.
  2. Temporarily disable firewall or antivirus software and retry the installation.
  3. Check proxy settings and ensure they allow connections to Adobe's CDN and update endpoints.
  4. In a corporate environment, ask IT to whitelist Adobe's servers and content delivery URLs.
