Adobe Creative Cloud installation failed with Errors 135, 136, or 137

These errors appear when the Adobe app installation is interrupted by temporary system or network issues. They indicate that the installation process was unable to complete due to an interruption rather than a configuration problem.

  • A temporary system issue interrupted the installation mid-process.
  • A network interruption caused the installer to fail when downloading components.
  • Background interference from security software or other applications.
  1. Cancel the failed installation in the Creative Cloud desktop app and retry.
  2. Restart the computer and retry the installation.
  3. Temporarily disable antivirus or security software and retry.
  4. If the error persists, run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and perform a clean reinstall.
