The AGSService file inside the AdobeGenuineClient folder failed its digital signature verification check during installation. Adobe verifies this signature to confirm that the Genuine Service components are valid and have not been altered; if the check fails, the installation cannot continue.

An outdated version of the Creative Cloud desktop app is installed and its Genuine Service files are stale.
How to fix it
Open the Creative Cloud desktop app, select the Apps tab, and check for any available updates. Installing updates will cause the CC app to recreate and re-verify the AdobeGenuineClient files.
If unable to open the app, download and reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app from Adobe's website.
